Of the 1000 km of Bibbulmun Track, we’ve selected the most scenic and appealing coastal and forest sections between Walpole and Albany.
Hike through towering karri and tingle tree forests, which are endemic to the south west. True freaks of nature, some are large enough to park a car in. Then stroll along the raised canopy for a birds-eye view of the forest in the Valley of the Giants.
Onwards to the ocean and a coastline that’s liberally dotted with breathtaking beaches and idyllic coves. Avoiding walking on the beach, we focus instead on clifftop tracks with many elevated vantage points offering stunning panoramas. Conspicuous Cliff, Peaceful Bay, Lowlands Beach and Cosy Corner are just some of the highlights. Travelling a little inland, climb to the summit of Monkey Rock for a panoramic birds-eye view over Denmark’s Wilson Inlet.
Stunning wildflowers and their displays in springtime, along with the variety of scenery combined with the splendid isolation of this region makes for a unique walking experience.
We take care of every last detail so you can relax and fully experience walking the Bibbulmun Track. At night, freshen up and settle in at your comfortable accommodation. The chef prepared breakfasts and dinners make indulgent bookends to each day. And with two outstanding guides looking after you, it’s easy to pace yourself with a choice of easier or harder walking options along the way.
