Upon arriving in Lenno, take the time to explore the stunning gardens of Villa Balbianello, once the residence of a Milanese Industrialist and avid adventurer (entrance ticket not provided). Depending on your arrival time, you might opt for a leisurely walk or a refreshing swim at the small pebble beach in Lenno by the lake.

Bellagio & gardens of Villa Melzi

Your day will begin with a panoramic boat transfer (30 minutes) to the Bellagio Peninsula. Upon reaching the charming village of Pescallo, you’ll traverse the park of Villa Giulia before ascending to Perlo. Your journey begins with a panoramic trail from Bellano, leading you to the majestic castle of Vézio (entrance ticket not provided). Upon arrival in Varenna, you’ll be greeted by its charming streets and colourful hillside houses. Whilst here, take the opportunity to explore the enchanting gardens of Villa Monastero, adorned with avenues of rhododendrons, wisteria, and grand magnolias, as well as the gardens of Villa Cipressi (entrance ticket not provided).
