Situated in Australia’s southwest edge, between Cape Leeuwin an Cape Naturaliste, this is Australia’s longest coastal walk. The extraordinary landscape offers great variety, spanning squeaky white sand beaches, secluded coves, towering forests and limestone caves.
Springtime wildflowers in vivid violet, topaz and crimson contrast the calming blue, green and whites of the natural scenery. The surrounding offshore reefs, points and headlands are coveted by local surfers for their quality surf breaks.
Heading north on the Cape to Cape Track, the walk traverses clifftops, deserted beaches, villages, coastal heathlands, peppermint tree woodlands and majestic Karri forests with tall open stands of eucalypt, unique to the location. This walk has the added benefit of being located in the Margaret River an area renowned for its excellent lodging and dining experiences.
The Cape to Cape track is a world class walk and a great challenge, and you will have the support of our team on the ground all the way. At the end of each day you’ll have the luxury of having a hot shower, a chef prepared dinner and breakfast and a good night’s sleep in a comfortable bed, rising refreshed and primed for each day’s fabulous pack free walking.
While you are in the area, why not do our Bibbulmun Track walk as well? It’s our other self-guided trip in Western Australia.
