I enjoyed the walk very much as it was well organised & having the luggage transferred on to the next location it made it way more enjoyable.
OverviewOverview
This walk takes in the most dramatic sections of the West Highland Way, the UK's most popular long-distance trail. From the remote Bridge of Orchy Hotel, the route ventures across Rannoch Moor, one of Europe's last true wilderness expanses, before ascending into the rugged Scottish Highlands.
The trail passes Buachaille Etive Mor, one of Scotland's most photographed Munro peaks, and climbs the Devil's Staircase to Kinlochleven. Following centuries-old military tracks, the route continues to Fort William at the foot of Ben Nevis, the UK's highest mountain. Four-star accommodation at the Bridge of Orchy Hotel and the welcoming Kingshouse Hotel, renowned for their fine single malts, add a touch of comfort throughout.
